7/7/05 -  Whether it's trading some or all of the monthly payments from your seller financed real estate or business sale note for cash, or selling part or all of your teacher, military or other government pension for a lump sum of cash, or getting a big money influx for your otherwise profitable business by financing all or some of your aged accounts receivables portfolio, we would like to BUY your current cash flow instrument and help you settle your need for fast cash ASAP!

Our business is finding capital for various types of income streams commonly known as "cash flow", and the delivery of that funding to the owners of that income stream.

Because banks are bound by various laws and governmental restrictions, there are times they have to say NO to individuals or businesses who need to raise cash.

We deal with 100's of privately financed firms who are not as bound by those restrictions we are often able to help cash flow issues where banks cannot.

One primary way our industry solves anyone's cash flow needs is the buying, selling and/or negotiating transactions on income streams or cash flows that are owed in the future.

An income stream is simply what cash flow professionals call an individual payment or series of payments one entity owes and pays to another due some time in the future.

The financial obligations making up these income streams are generally found in writing in some sort of legal document, contract, note, mortgage or other agreement between a buyer and a seller.

We find ways to unlock the value of the cash behind that agreement, structured as it is to be paid sometime in the future, by finding a financial backer who can buy outright, or negotiate some of that future value and then pay the seller of that income stream in cash NOW in the present.

Obviously, when these agreements for future payments are made they are done by calculating present issues and circumstances for both of the parties involved. Just as obvious is the fact that sometimes things change that mean one party or the other would like to change the payment terms. This is where we come in and try to find an equitable solution that helps both parties get the best of that agreement.
